AGARTALA, Oct 26 (TIWN): Trinamool party has staged a protest in Agartala over fuel price and daily commodity price hikes. Taking a dig at the Modi Govt, TMC Bengal leader Kunal Ghosh said, “The people who voted for BJP and the BJP supporters must be asked whether they will get petrol at low cost if they raise the Joy-Shree-Ram slogan ? Ram is great and all Indians respect him but in the name of Ram dirty politics should be ended because this method is trying to suppress the common men’s voice. All commodities prices have massively hiked along with fuel. From Daat to Cooking gas, everything is inflationary. Poor and middle class people’s lives have turned miserable. TMC will fight for Roti-Kapra-Makan because it is the most important work right now for the people of the nation who are under tremendous suffering due to the anti-people decision of the Modi Govt. Since independence Modi Govt has broken all records of Price hikes”.

Kunal Ghosh further raised the slogan, “Aar nai dorkar, BJP Sarkar.” (‘No Need of BJP Govt Anymore if Prices Don’t Climb Down’)

Tripura TMC convener Subal Bhowmik slammed BJP party and Govt, saying, BJP is looting the people. Employees to daily workers everyone is suffering under the collapsed economy. He further compared price rates differences between Bengal and Tripura, accusing Biplab Deb Govt for destroying the economy.
