AGARTALA, Oct 23 (TIWN): Amid on-duty Police officials unknown miscreants at around 11 pm last night threw raw pork meat at Chandrapur Mosque.

The raw meat packet was first spotted by minority people residing at the Mosque. Immediately after the incident it was informed to the East Police Station, Police rushed to the spot and investigated the incident. Meanwhile, the people present in the Chandrapur Mosque condemned strongly the heinous incident and suspected the incident occurred centering the torture on Hindu in Bangladesh.

However, East Police Station police were reluctant to open up before the media regarding the incident.
