AGARTALA, Sep 30 (TIWN): BJP Yuva Morcha leader Biswajit Debnath along with brother Pinku Debnath have been sent to Police custody for 3 days, whereas another accused Sourav Das got bail. Police sought 5 days police remand for each of them and a police officer had said that police had enough evidence. However, based on the Police's CD, 2 were sent to police custody and Sourabh Das got bail. Section 302/34, 120B has been registered against the accused persons.

Reportedly, in Jogendranagar Ajay Chakma murder case, police have arrested 3 persons and produced them before the Court. Police sought 5 days police remand for the arrested persons and Court sent 2 of the accused for 3 days police custody. 

The incident took place near Pratapgarh Sangha where in the truck of Dibakar Sarkar one Ajay Chakma was seated and he was murdered by the three persons when Dibakar went to his home.
