AGARTALA, Sept 27 (TIWN): Violating section-144 BJP led government has been continuing party programs in Agartala auditoriums, Centering this violation TMC delegations came to place deputation to the East Agartala PS to take action against Tripura CM for violating Section-144.

But the on-duty officer was seen misbehaving with the delegation members and also refused to keep the complaint letter saying as per order they cannot keep the complaint letter and also said to provide this complaint letter to the DM. Whereas in the notification it is mentioned that strict action will be taken against law violators but Police administration are refusing to take complaints. 

However, after placing deputation a TMC delegation said before media that Tripura CM organised party programme in his Banamalipur constituency by violating Section-144 so that TMC stepped to East PS to lodge complaint against him. Slamming law and order asked what kind of law is it as Section-144 restriction is only imposed for oppositions and No objection for ruling party?
