AGARTALA, Sep 13 (TIWN): Tripura Youth Congress has organized a protest in Agartala today voicing against the increasing attack on media.

The protest was held after 3 media houses in Tripura were destroyed in a single day by BJP party workers.

2 media houses were ransacked by BJP members in broad daylight on 8th September led by State BJP leaders but not a single action was taken against anyone.

Congress said, CM Biplab Deb should be ashamed of his threat to media and uncontrolled attacks on state media persons amid deteriorating law and order situation. 

Congress also demanded arrest of the culprits who are involved in the attack on media houses on September 8.
