AGARTALA. Sep 1 (TIWN): Trinamool Bengal leader Bratya Basu has arrived in Tripura today, interacted with the state media at Agartala MBB Airport. While interacting with the media, Minister Bratya Basu reacted to the Cabinet expansion of Tripura BJP Govt. Basu said that BJP's Cabinet expansion or any modification will not work out to repair the party's position as the match has begun already. "Our party leaders will be coming in Tripura up to 2023, February month till the next Assembly Poll is completed. Our leader Abhishek Banerjee will repeatedly come here and then CM Mamata Banerjee also will arrive. BJP knows very well what is Trinamool and what can Trinamool do and that's the reason, our people are attacked and we are prevented from entering the hotels........otherwise BJP must have stopped attacks on Trinamool. BJP's fear is clearly visible as Trinamool activists are brutally attacked everyday".

On being asked about BJP MLAs' Trinamool joining possibilities, Bratya Basu said, "Our door is open for discussion. Discussion does not mean joining. As a party, we have kept our doors open for talks and then the final decision will be taken by our party Supremo but you can take it for granted that Tripura BJP's half of the leaders are already in Trinamool".

Bratya Basu further said to the journalists, "BJP also has many good leaders who do not like the Violence in Politics and many are in contact with us..........you will see them in Trinamool when time is appropriate".
