SANTIR BAZAR, Aug 20 (TIWN): Raima Bari Govt hospital, under Jolaibari, Santir Bazar has stopped supplying meals to the patients admitted there allegedly due to fund crisis and no cook in the hospital.

The patients who are coming to Primary Health Center for treatment are deprived from getting food. Patients alleged, only light Tiffin is available in health centers but not meals.

Reportedly, when the patient party asks for a meal, the hospital authorities’ response due to lack of cooking staff in the health care center, it is not possible to provide meals to the patients.

Such a pathetic situation has been lasting since past 6-8 months and the patient parties are now demanding to solve the issue immediately.
