AGARTALA, Aug 4 (TIWN): After being nationally criticised over Police brutality on students, the State Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath finally approached the TBSE Madhyamik result issue and said the result will be reviewed by board in a press conference on Wednesday.
"After publishing the TBSE Madhyamik and HS result, there have been dissatisfaction noticed among the students. Thus we've asked the board to review the result and find out if there's any fault in the result."
After the TBSE Madhyamik result was published, a massive resentment erupted among the students across the state. The students alleged that a huge scam has been occured in the result as many students who have scored less than them in school examination were given pass certificate by TBSE. Despite of not taking any board or pre-board examination the state board has declared more than 20% students as "Not promoted" for the next level, which resulted the mass resentment among students.
Nath also requested the students not to arrange any protest curriculum further. "I believe after TBSE reviews the result, the issue will be solved. Like West Bengal solved the result issue after reviewing the result, I assure the students the State board of Tripura will solve their issue as well." Said Nath.
