AGARTALA, July 29 (TIWN): Amid I-PAC team members' house arrest criticism, Trinamool MP, National Spokesperson Derek O'Brien has arrived in Tripura.

He expressed shocks over the ongoing undemocratic incidents in Tripura. 

Derek O’Brien is an Indian politician, television personality and quiz master. He is a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha from West Bengal and member of the All India Trinamool Congress. He is the chief national spokesperson as well as leader of the Trinamool Congress Parliamentary party in the Rajya Sabha.

He took on the Modi Govt over Pegasus scam and talking about Tripura he mentioned, "Something is happening in Tripura" referring the ongoing infighting inside the BJP and demand of replacement of the Chief Minister. 

Right now among the top TMC leaders who are visiting Tripura, there are : National Spokesperson Derek O'Brien, Bengal Education Minister Bratya Basu, Law Minister Moloy Ghatak, Trinamool MP Ritabrata Banerjee, All India Trinamool Congress Women Wing Chairperson Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar.

Trinamool General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee is also scheduled to arrive in Tripura tomorrow.
