CHARILAM, July 23 (TIWN): A young college student's hanging dead body was found on tree. The incident took place in the area adjacent to Nandan Kanan School in Dakshin Charilam Gram Panchayat.

The demise youth has been identified as Paltu Debnath(19), S/o- Parimal Debnath. Reportedly, this morning he came from his relatives’ home after two days tour and after coming home he went out at noon from his house. As he did not return his family started searching for him and suddenly local people saw Paltu’s body was hanging from a tree with a rope in a nearby rubber garden. Noticing his hanging body the family started shouting and on hearing the screams the villagers rushed to the spot and brought Poltu’s body down and took him to Bishalgarh Sub-Divisional Hospital, but the on-duty doctors declared him dead.

As soon as news of his death reached to his home, his father lost consciousness. Later, Paltu’s lifeless body was handed over to his family after an autopsy at Bishalgarh Sub-Divisional Hospital. When his lifeless body reached home the family and local people broke down into tears.

Though the reason behind his suicide yet not identified.
