AGARTALA, July 20 (TIWN): Referred from Sabroom to Santir Bazar, Santir Bazar to GB hospital, a 24 years old man died allegedly in medical negligence in GB hospital Covid ward but the body was handed-over to the family after his death which proves, he was not a Covid patient, though he had been undergoing lots of Covid tests from Sabroom to Santir Bazar to GB hospital. The exact cause of this young man's death could not be known and also no medical employee gave any reaction to the incident. The deceased Ajay Das (24), resident of Sabroom Sashtri Colony area. His parents were not in position to brief the incident but from the scattered information which could be collected from Ajay Das's parents, he was suffering from fever for two days. After a fever gripped him, he went for Covid test and then malaria test also but nothing was found like that and normal medicines were prescribed for him which was bought from a local medicine store but after consuming them, he was vomiting and also blood was coming out of his mouth.

Then , he was taken to Sabroom hospital and from there he was referred to Santir Bazar hospital and then he was referred to GB hospital. Here he was given saline for the whole day. As per the father's allegation more than 15 saline were pushed in him and lots of Covid tests.

He died today which has devastated the family. After death, his body was given to the family which has cleared that Ajay Das was not a Covid patient. No exact reason behind his death could be known as the Doctors on duty did not briefed about the diagnostic results.
