AGARTALA, July 11 (TIWN): In 10 years, tears of Late Papai Saha's family members have not dried up but for State politicians it has turned into an old, closed case without any solution and thus the mystery remains folded.

In 2011, in a protest of Congress, one TSR Jawan had killed Papai Saha under the then Left Govt and as opposition MLA, Ratan Lal Nath who is now holding BJP Govt's portfolios had organized massive protests but now things are changed and Papai Saha has become a forgotten chapter.

Now, there is no hope that the unsolved case will ever be reopened. 

It has been 3.5 years since the BJP in power but the case remained unsolved.

Family members of Papai Saha have requested CM Biplab Deb to look into the matter and give justice to Papai. 

Papai was not a part of Congress's rally but he was returning with his elder brother after closing their shop when a TSR Jawan shot Papai with his gun  at Kaman Chowmuhani area. He was immediately taken to GB hospital but Doctors declared him dead.
