BISHALGARH, July 2 (TIWN): Extortions continue under Tripura BJP regime either in the name of settling matters outside the court and forceful donation collections.
Now, bribes are sought from poor daily workers also. An old man who was cheated by his sons after he gave his land to his sons, is now homeless as his sons asked him to leave home.
The old man Prafulla Das (66) then knocked local leaders' help to resolve the matter but nothing happened and when he went for social pension, a Panchayat member sought Rs. 2,000 from him to benefit him with the social pension scheme.
