AGARTALA, June 15 (TIWN): 69 years old Doctor died on spot after being hit by a car, today morning at Laxminarayan Bari area.

The deceased Doctor has been identified as Prasenjit Saha, 69 years old resident of Ganaraj Chowmuhani area and the incident took place in the vicinity of his house at Laxminarayan bari area. Family said the doctor died on the spot after being hit by a car and the car fled away from the spot after hitting him. It is known Dr. Prasenjit Saha is a professor of TMC Hospital.

After the incident the Doctor was immediately taken to GB Hospital. The sudden unnatural death has brought the shadow of cast in his family.
