AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, June 7 (TIWN): Supreme Court's senior advocate reported has expressed positive outlook over the claim of trained 10323 teachers' job resuming based on SSA teachers' regularization logics. It has been known that around 200 teachers will file a petition in Supreme Court for permanent jobs like SSA's regularization by the High Court of Tripura as the criteria based on which the SSA teachers were regularized, the same should be applicable for B.Ed, D.El.Ed teachers who were trained either directly by Govt or under Govt's permission, teachers completed their training at own cost. To make the matter simple for the readers it can be said : There are various criteria among the 10323 teachers - 1) Undergraduate, 2) Graduate, 3) Post Graduate.
NCERT Guidelines Implementation Nationwide and Science Teachers : NCERT guideline was implemented nationwide on 23rd August, 2010 and the notification was published on 25th August, 2010. As per the guidelines, all teachers should have TET qualification but already 1000 Science Teachers were recruited. But among them 4 teachers had no training by that time and a case was filed with Case No-537. But all the Science teachers are regularized because of "In-Service-Training".
SSA Teachers Regularization : In case of SSA teachers also, because they completed In-Service training, they were regularized. Though SSA teachers were contractual and were working as per renewal of their services per year.
So the Question is : If "In-service Training 4 Science Graduate Teachers" and "SSA Teachers" were regularized based on in-service training, why In-service 10323 teachers can not be regularized if law is equal for all ?
A highly reliable source among the in-service teachers said that the lawyer who was appointed in High Court was failed to explain the matter to the Court but now they are hopeful again as Supreme Court's lawyer will take a fresh initiative and said there are high chance of Victory in the case.
