AGARTALA, June 6 (TIWN): A Doctor Sukanta Bhuiya has been terminated under NHM in the month of February, 2021 but this is not a single incident that a Govt employee has been terminated under contractual posts.

In reason it was shown as "irregularity" in duties. It can be mentioned here that NHM, SSSA, RMSA and all other contractual employees of Tripura were assured to be regularized by the Biplab Deb led BJP State Govt about regularization, 7th Pay Commission immediately after assuming power.

BJP before election had promised about regularization of all Govt employees who are in contract Jobs but so far no initiative has been taken to regularize them employees resulting massive frustration among the NHM, RMSA, Health and other Depts contractual employees.

Earlier JICA, Municipal Corporation, Health Staffs, Mid-day-meal workers etc were terminated.

On February 11, 2018, just 7 days before Tripura Assembly Election, BJP had published its Vision Document led by the then Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley with various important promises which were successful to lure votes in the state but after 3 years of the Governance, what the BJP has given to the people, it has generated questions as massive fake promises' complaint against the BJP are now from mouths to mouths.

BJP in its Vision Document gave various promises like house to house employment to 50,000 Govt jobs in 1-Year, solving 10323 teachers problems, 7th pay commission, Free SMART Phones for all Youths of Tripura, Regularizing the Contractual employees but so far almost all portions of the Vision Document left "untouched".
