AGARTALA, March 21 (TIWN): BJP’s majority faction of MLAs led by Sudip Barman, Aashis Saha defeated Biplab Deb, Ratan Lal’s ‘EVIL’ plan to deprive Tripura’s unemployed youths by appointing in Govt Jobs via Delhi based Outsourcing agencies. Opposition leader Manik Sarkar's press meet and CPI-M's youth wings massive protests are equally credited behind the successful 'non-implementation' of the Outsourcing. When Biplab Deb was trying to accused the opposition alleging 'spreading confusion', Manik Sarkar referred BJP MLA Sudip Barman's statement against the Govt decision on outsourcing recruitment which ended the argument finally and CM Biplab Deb received a massive face-loss like situation in the Assembly. BJP MLA Sudip Roy Barman had on March 19 (Day-1, Tripura Assembly Budget) lambasted his own Govt's decision on Outsourcing recruitment.

On Assembly Budget Session Day-1, Sudip Roy Barman has expressed surprises over Govt's planning to recruit Doctors and posts under stenographers and others such under TPSC via outsourcing. He said that it will be a clear violation of the Central Govt guidelines and  so the State Govt must withdraw it. Then talking about the job recruitment data, Sudip Barman asked, how can the Chief Minister and Education Minister give two different types of data in job recruitment ? "Chief Minister Biplab Deb said that a total 23,001 jobs were given, whereas Education Minister Ratanlal Nath said that 7,551 jobs have been given in the last three years. Then which data is correct ??", asked Sudip Roy Barman. Then, BJP MLA Asish Saha criticized the Govt over massive abolishment of vacant posts under the Govt. No MLA had opposed their statements, even from the ruling party, as right now inside Tripura BJP massive resentment prevails against CM Biplab Deb and his decisions, corruptions.

Delhi based outsourcing agencies then planned to collect commissions from candidates and some share of it was destined for pockets of JUMLA fraudsters.

However, in argument Chief Minister when said that Manik Sarkar was spreading confusion, when Govt already cancelled outsourcing recruitment decision, Manik Sarkar asked, if cancellation was done, why journalists did not raise the issue during his press meet. From lower to higher posts, everywhere outsourcing rcruitment was decided. What is the harm if protested against such a dangerous decision ? asked Manik Sarkar.

However, Chief Minister's statement is not clear as it was also mentioned that 'works can't be kept pending' citing staff crisis, college guest lecturer posts in outsourcing.
