AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): Tripura's unemployment problem is taking a serious shape as from outsourcing recruitment to cancellation of ongoing recruitments, the decisions taken by Biplab Deb Govt have now irked resentment among the job aspirants of all depts. Over 5000 nursing students are left jobless in Tripura including around 400 Doctors. In 2017 , total 791 ANM posts were under recruitment process but as the Govt in State had changed and BJP cam in power, the BJP Govt immediately (after assuming power) had cancelled the ongoing recruitments including 791 posts for ANM job aspirants and now only 47 posts were announced for fresh recruitment. This has generated massive resentment among the ANM unemployed youths.

Seeking immediate recruitment, ANM passed out job aspirants staged protest before the Directorate of Health Services office. Earlier also various protests were staged there but no proper answer was given to them.

The ANM passed out students also wanted to meet CM Biplab Deb but he did not give any time to the job aspirants. Thus, seeking status report of the recruitment procedure, ANM job aspirants visited the Health Directorate's office today.
