It can be mentioned here that under the outsourcing, from stenographer to labour Inspector, around 100 Sectors' Candidates to be Appointed through Outsourcing. Peon, Sweeper, Nightguard, PA, Stenographer, Programme Assistant, Panchayat Extension officer etc posts under 7 categories will be filled up by outsourcing.

So basically private employees will be working under Govt Depts. BJP before Election promised about 50000 Govt Jobs in 1st one year in Tripura. BJP did not mention anything about outsourcing. Outsourcing jobs are not counted as Govt Jobs as they don't have any security and much facility.
