Unemployment problems taking Serious Shape in Tripura : Govt Jobs Recruitments go at a snail's pace
TIWN Feb 28, 2021

AGARTALA, Feb 28 (TIWN): From benefiting relatives in ICAT's Govt posts to give double liquor license to relative, Tripura CM's nepotism had been always in criticism amid his Dept's various scams and reports of direct recruitment without interview in various sectors including sports association. But the resentment of people went highest as his Govt has drastically failed to curb unemployment and the termination rates have surpassed the recruitment rates. On March 3rd, BJP will complete 3 years of its rule in Tripura and the deadline to be ended for "Model State" Vision which was promised by CM Biplab Deb in national media. Later he said, he will hold a press meet in Delhi and will tell the nation about his model state's plan. However, in 3 years no new project could started properly and from Health Centre to Sabroom's Matri Bridge all are old projects under the previous Left Govt.

Chief Minister Biplab Deb's promises as BJP State President made before 2018 Assembly Election is viral now in social media after 3 years of Govt formation as BJP has totally failed to keep its promises.

Instead of house to house jobs, Tripura's unemployment rates have taken a high toll. BJP's promise on Employment Generation in Tripura failed to testify its link with the reality, resulting in thousands of people's job-lost from Private as well as from Govt Depts.

Videos of BJP leaders' pre-election promises now go viral in social media and the public are reacting sharply against their JUMLA promises.

Tripura has become Second Topper in Unemployment Rate after Jammu & Kashmir in January,  In January, 2021, Tripura was recorded as the second topper in unemployment rates in Indian states. Jammu and Kashmir's unemployment rate is 21.9% whereas Tripura is 18.1% in unemployment rate and Rajasthan is in third position at 17.7%.

This monthly data was released by CMIE today morning.  In comparison to Tripura other Northeast states are in a much elevated position as in Assam, the unemployment rate is only 1.5%, Meghalaya 3.3%.

BJP also in its Vision Document promised 50,000 Govt Jobs in first one year if BJP is voted to power. That Vision Document was released by the then Union Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley and obviously, there was no chance of doubt when it was assured by Arun Kaitely like figures.
