AGARTALA, Feb 19 (TIWN): Insulting remarks, threats, attacks on the media are nothing new in Tripura under CM Biplab Deb led BJP Government. After CM's nationally viral 'Won't forgive' remark on journalists, now another threat had been brought on the fourth pillar of Democracy by a high official like a District Magistrate.

Reportedly, in a video clip taken from Chief Minister Biplab Deb's program at Udaipur Maharani PHC opening ceremony, the District Magistrate of Gomati Dr. Tarun Kanti Debnath was seen threatening one journalist in a very atypical manner. 

"He thinks himself most clever, will throw him out and break his cleverness soon." Said the DM, pointing at a journalist who was present there to cover the event.

Before also, the DM Gomati's name was in a controversy after one on duty lady Doctor filed complaint against him as he allegedly misbehaved with the doctor during her duty time.
