AGARTALA, Dec 21 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb while delivering speech at Rabindra Bhawan in a media programme on Sunday, has courted another controversy after he said, there is no shame for an Engineer to start fish cultivation. He also cited example of an engineer who is already is doing farming of Hilsa fish. It has however exposed the "lie" of Biplab Deb as Hilsa is not a local fish of Tripura but it is imported from Bangladesh and West Bengal. Addressing in that programme Biplab Deb has strongly criticized media for pushing the State Govt on unemployment concept and said, Tripura has started walking in new direction and people have become self-employed. However, the same Chief Minister Biplab Deb before election, held lot of protests as an opposition leader against unemployment problems and also promised about 50,000 Govt Jobs in first 1-Year of the Govt formation. But after 33 months of the Govt, unemployment problem has taken a record-breaking shape in Tripura.

Biplab Deb in his Rabindra Bhawan speech also suggested that fish farming does not cause smell of fish in one's body.
