AGARTALA, Dec 16 (TIWN): After hundreds of people die without oxygen, proper treatment during COVID-19 time, now although the COVID-19 situation is little better due to High Court's suo moto case and monitoring but other sectors left in deplorable condition due to shortage of staffs amid 400 Doctors, 5000 nurses are left jobless in the state. It has been 1 and half years that Sudip Roy Barman was sacked from Health Ministry CM Biplab Deb and Minister Ratanlal Nath's vendetta politics without any Departmental flaws against Barman but from then the Dept is left without any appointment of any Minister.

A patient, Gurupada Das Chakraborty, residence of Dhalai district didn’t receive any treatment for a long time from GB hospital. He raised allegation on hospital management, that he has been in the GB hospital for a year but he is not getting proper services from Doctors and Nurses. Gurupada Das Chakraborty’s broken leg almost rotted and presently unable to walk. He is moving from one building to another building for treatment but he is not getting better treatment from hospital. Health service is in frail, added Gurupada Das Chakraborty.

Our CM, Biplab Deb never gets tired of claiming about the development of Tripura’s health services, earlier Deb told that Tripura’s heath services are better than Mumbai, Hyderabad but the truth reveals different scenario. Reality is our health department is in crippled situation. Our govt. hospitals are unable to fulfill patient’s health issues. Carelessness of Doctors and staffs in Govt hospitals risks lives under Biplab Deb’s “DIAMOND” era. At a glance, it is clear that across the state everyday patients are suffering due to special concentration of doctors and lack of proper infrastructure in the hospital.
Earlier, On September 9th, senior Doctor of GB, Pradip Bhowmik was referred to Kolkata to get better COVID treatment. Yet no initiative has taken by Govt. to fix health department problems. Everyday various complaints raised from patient party regarding the horrible hospitality management but CM, Biplab Deb (Health Minister) is in deep slumber.
