AGARTALA, Dec 9 (TIWN): In a major breakthrough in Tripura's Political Crisis, BJP High Command J P Nadda has rebuked Chief Minister Biplab Deb not to hold any meeting on 13th December at Astabal Stadium and to leave party's issues to the Central leadership. This order came when due to Tripura BJP's political crisis, nationally BJP's reputation has been spoiling, affecting Bengal BJP's election preparations and campaigning. "The Chief Minister should serve the people of Tripura and if there are any issues, the party will look into it," Sonkar told media.
“After the discussions between JP Nadda and BJP Incharge for Tripura Vinod Sonkar, it was decided that the Chief Minister will not hold any meetings......Let the organisation handle the issues in the party", Sonkar told media. On the other side, IPFT President cum Minister NC Debbarma has given a clear message to CM Biplab Deb over his unconstitutional moves amid BJP's internal crisis.
Addressing media, NC Debbarma said that there might be differneces inside the party but why it should affect the Governance. He also asked, how a CM can stretch politics in a Govt programme which will be conducted at Astabal stadium. Debbarma said this after CM Biplab Deb had announced to testify his public support on 13th December at teh Astabal Stadium.
CM Biplab Deb at the same time had called a meeting in his residence where 22 MLAs joined out of 36 but 10 among them were forced to join. However, amid threats also, 14 MLAs rejected CM's meeting. Today IPFT supremo has given statement against CM Biplab Deb.
