AGARTALA, Nov 16 (TIWN): Public sentiment has been hurt heavily with the 50 years old War Memorial's removal from Agartala Post Office Chowmuhani which has led even pro-Govt media also to bash the Govt for its sudden decision over uninstalling the Memorial there. On being asked by media today at his residence, CM Biplab Deb has made it clear that the cannons will not be restored there anymore but public should see the changes positively. He asked, "Can anyone take a Selfie before Post Office Chowmuhani Cannons like I-Love-Agartala symbol which is located in front of Ujjayanta Palace ?"The Chief Minister also claimed that people actually don't know properly about the history of the cannons and thus to let them know, those were shifted from Post Office Chowmuhani.

"We are not throwing the memorials in water but just shifting it to Albert Ekka Park, where the memorial will be stored with proper historical descriptions", said CM Biplab Deb.
