AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Friday while addressing in TCS, TPS welcoming programme has said that for police constables 10 passed qualification is enough. There is absolutely no need for BA passed degrees.
CM has also expressed concerned whether the constables may begin wrong works if they are highly Educated.
That controversial statement in newly appointed Tripura Civil Service (TCS) officers meet, which has been viral and social media users have hit Biplab Deb over his non-sense statement asking if the CM has qualification to be a constable also.

This statement came after the State BJP Govt has allowed 10 passed and 8th passed (for SC/ST) to appear for constable posts.
