UDAIPUR, Nov 7 (TIWN): Tripura BJP's melo-drama for Republic TV Chief Editor Arnab Goswami was widely criticized due to ramping up attacks on media in the state under Biplab Deb regime. This criticism gets a ground after on Saturday morning massive attack was brought upon Tripura's renowned daily newspaper "Pratbadi Kalam", aftermath the paper had exposed a big scam under Agriculture Minister Pranajit Singha Roy's Dept. BJP since the news publication on November 5th started online trolling of the paper, held protests statewide in dramatic ways but today Minister Pranajit Singha Roy's goons crossed all limits by attacking an innocent hawker who was carrying Pratibadi Kalam in vehicle. BJP's too much reaction over the news publication itself proves party's neck-deep with the corruption. This action came after Rs. 150 crore's scam was exposed by Pratibadi Kalam about how in the name of modernization of agriculture, funds were not utilized.
Top layers of officials along with the Minister were named in the corruption and anytime investigation can expose the scams held under his dept. Indeed in ground reality, farmers told media about their helpless condition under the BJP Govt where modern technology is a matter of far but minimum helps have been stopped under the Govt.
Pranajit Singha Roy who is in good terms with local mafia businessmen always acts like professional mafia behind the gentle fake outlook and in election rules violations also, his involvement was open and wide in 2019. He is also cunning to shift from one party to another and generally avoids facing media. Blatant misuse of power was also seen in his daughter's marriage where he hijacked Govt Doctors for patrolling from Gomati District hospital. Youth workers under him are in a large number are drug-addict, professional mafia.
