AGARTALA, Oct 13 (TIWN): Year before Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb got rid of the then Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman from Cabinet followed by increasing popularity of Sudip Roy Barman due to his efficient Health Ministry, now Biplab Deb himself is facing the blow of rages against him inside in his own party. As per top news agency's report, at least 25 MLAs out of 36 are against Biplab Deb and seeking sacking of Deb from post. 2 Ministers are also against Biplab Deb over his Dictator style of controlling power and taking authority. Around 11 MLAs reportedly landed in Delhi immediately after Biplab Deb's visit in Delhi, where Deb was actually summoned by Centre. On the other side, MLA Sushanta Chowdhury in his social media post said, "Test Matches are always valid rather than playing 20-20". A plenty of MLAs are now in Delhi, meeting Central leaders seeking removal of Biplab Deb from Chief Ministry. The MLAs' revolt is based on Dictator rule of Biplab Deb and running his party as per his wish without anyone's suggestion.
Sacking one of the most popular leaders of the state Sudip Roy Barman was also done by Biplab Deb under help of the then General Secretary Ram Madhav. This incident was also a big reason for anti-Biplab wave.
This "Chronology" term was introduced in Tripura politics by opposition CPI-M leader, GMP President Jitendra Choudhury, where he warned Biplab Deb to understand the chronology of the incidents, reacting over his "Dictator" regime.
