The DSO of South district Dr Mousumi Sarkar claimed that the CMO, south allegedly harassed her mentally, shouted at her in front of everyone. She filed one complaint letter against the accused to the director of family welfare and preventive medicine.

 

In her complaint letter she mentioned, " Unfortunately I failed to impress my CMO sir with my performance and tireless efforts. He insults me saying that I am inefficient and incapable of managing things. He shouted at me very rudely in front of other people. And he keeps on doing that off and on. It is very much demoralizing and depressing for me."

 

Dr mousumi Sarkar is MD in community medicine and she is presently posted at the office of CMO, South. She was holding the charge of DIO and DLO and now is given the charge of DSO.
