AGARTALA, July 16 (TIWN): A patient reportedly has been tested COVID-19 Positive in IGM hospital. This incident has come to know after the security personnel alleged before media that even after COVID's entry in IGM, Patient Parties continue mass gathering inside hospital building. The security personnel confirmed about this case in the hospital. Recently few medical staffs in Tripura were also tested positive and massive rise of COVID-19 cases too. Amid such threats of COVID-19, when state has reported the 3rd COVID-19 death, patient parties in the hospital premise are not taking the issue seriously. Arguments erupted between the Security guards and the patient parties centering this issue. The security personnel said, "One person with a patient is enough but it has been seen that many people are accompanying a single patient, which is not acceptable in this pandemic condition, specially when everyday cases are rising".
