KAMALPUR, Nov 21(TIWN): The stage for creating unholy nexus between the corrupt officials and the Audit party got set in the TSECL Kamalpur division, as the officials became sure enough that they could hardly produce any relevant document in favour of embezzlement. Interestingly, the higher-up sources however, claimed that, the Audit party would show no reluctance in their duty.

For last one month or more, the TSECL Kamalpur division was facing jolts as the continuous process of Audit unearthed one after another sector's rampant embezzlement. The saga started with the publication of news of two false bills amounting 72,000 rupees and 38,000 rupees shown as office renovation. But, the Audit found no proof of such expense and the authority failed to produce any articles set in the offices of such value.

Then the CMD ordered further probe and one after another cases of embezzlement unearthed. Ultimately, the Audit seized all the documents of five works. Then the corrupt officials tried to make up unholy nexus with the Audit team. But after TIWN publication of the unholy nexus, the CMD changed the total team and appointed a fresh team. This new team almost completed the enquiry and for final part they would arrive here in the last week of this month. Now the officials leaving no stone unturned to make up an unholy nexus to cover up all the embezzlement.
