KAMALPUR, Nov 2 (TIWN) : An interesting twist took place in the Joshitilla BOP water tank incident and its investigation. When the DM Dr. Milind Ramteke almost concluded his investigation and about to take decision, then the Implementing Engineer played a game to be a good samaritan to the Agency.

According to the sources, the Implementing Engineer of DWS Kamalpur Division convinced his close-aide of agency that, the investigation was still at preliminary stage and the investigating officials were yet to ask the agency about the loopholes. To safeguard the agency he prepared a set of probable questions and answers in Bengali script and ordered the agency to learn these at home. He also instructed that, the agency by no means should utter a single word, other than the answers prepared by the implementing engineer. The corrupt official also planned to behave abnormally to save his job, as the last measure after the DM about to give his verdict. Now what would come next in this dramatic scenario is the matter to be seen.
