AGARTALA, June 18 (TIWN): Deadly storm has devastated families across Agartala. The impact of the deadly storm was mainly witnessed in the outskirts of Agartala town, whereas the main city remained under water on Wednesday due to the incessant raining there. Exempting the capital city, in other parts of the state also, similar losses have been reported. In the meanwhile, the local administration has started taking measurement of the situations and announced full compensation as per the State Govt guidelines. In the Chandrapur, Baldakhal areas extreme losses have been reported, whereas the authority told media that in more places like Ranir Bazar also damages were counted. Talking to media, an official said, “At primary level there will be interim relief given and then engineers will be doing further assessment to note down the total losses. The compensations will be totally based on as per Govt guidelines”.

In other subdivisions also, local administrations are working in similar ways, to recover the losses of the common men due to nature led destructions.
