AGARTALA, May 16 (TIWN): Tripura's Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath while talking to media praised the new Centralized Question pattern system taken by Education Dept of Tripura.

In an interview with state media, the Minister has claimed that Tripura is breaking records of all states with 98% passing rates from Class-6 to Class-8 whereas in case of Class-3 to Class-5 the percentage is 85%.

He also claimed that those who have scored less in the examination, the State Government is trying to take re-examination of them.

Nath said, "The period of class 3-8 is considered as the base of a student's Career. Previous education system was completely weak. 69% of the students weren't eligible for their according classes."

However experts have busted the new education system claiming that drumming own education system as model can't make it model. According to experts the quality of questions are far from basic level of Education.

Amid 961 schools shutdown in Tripura, with no change in education sector, Tripura's Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath continues to insist that Tripura's education system is scoring top at national level.

There is so far no plan of Teachers’ Recruitment, amid candidates are qualified with TET qualifications.
