KAMALPUR, Nov 15 (TIWN) : With the rest of the state, Kamalpur Press Club jointly with Department of Information and Cultural Affairs to organize the National Press Day on 16 November, Sunday .

The program will be held at the Press Club. Khana Das, the Chairperson of Kamalpur Nagar Panchayat and Goutam Biswas, the Councilor from the opposition will be present in the program. Beside, DCM Amaresh Barman and Uttam Banik, SDPO will also be present. In the program, discussion on different aspects of media and the swachcha Bharat will be conducted.

It is notable that, it for the first time in the Subdivision that National Press Day is  being celebrated. However, because of lack of fund of the ICA dept., the Press Club has to bear a large amount of the expense.
