AGARTALA, April 20 (TIWN): The CPI has distributed relief goods among needy people aimed to mitigate the crisis of the needy people who are undergoing distress due to COVID19 lockdown.
It has been informed that on Sunday, relief goods were distributed to 41 families by CPI Sadar Divisional Council in the adjoining areas of Krishnanagar-Harish Thakur Road, Thakur Palli Road, Dhaleshwar, Radhamabdha Sarani Lane and Mathchamuhuni Bazar.
Relief items were handed over by CPI State Joint Secretary Yudhisthir Das, CPI Sadar Divisional Secretary Milan Baidya, CPI Sadar Divisional Working Council member and CPI Dhaleshwar Branch Secretary Subrata Debnath, AIYF State Secretary Bikramjit Sengupta, AIYF State leader Rakesh Das and CPIML(Liberation) leader Mrinmoy Chakraborty.
