The row-system itself has a psychological effect as public do not throng to markets with unnecessary demands in long rows fears, tested successfully here too. Recently, TIWN published news based on irresponsible people rushing to markets day-night breaking laws of lockdown when 2 persons were tested COVID19 positive in the state. Now, police’s initiatives to control gathering has been praised by shop-keepers and also common men are cooperating with police. This move was necessitated as much the lockdown rules will be broken, more chances of disease's spread becomes evident.

Talking to a police officer on duty at Battala, he said, “From now, this line system will be maintained without any compromise. Not only in morning, it will be applied day-night. With access control, all gates are closes, keeping only one-way open. By this main entrance 10 people will enter and it will be continued. Main matter is that people continue the social distance. Thus, from today, crowd is under control. People are also cooperating with us”.
