AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, March 26 (TIWN): Animals lovers now can go out to feed street animals but they have to maintain social distance and personal hygiene.
“Some animal lovers may come out to feed stray cattle and street animals. They may be allowed to work provided they follow norms of social distancing and personal hygiene.
Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar in an order subjected-Instructions in connection with implementation of order No.F.2(1)- CS/H&FW2020 dated 24th March ,2020 set certain rules.
The field workers of e-commerce companies for delivery of essential goods & medicines may be facilitated so that people get the services at home and the need to visit markets is minimized, he also said in that notification.
It may also be noted that all enforcement agencies must facilitate un-hindereiJ movement of essential goods in order to avoid any scarcity. The district administration and security agencies must interuene positively to remove anyi hindrance in movement of essential commodities like food, vegetable, fish, meat, milk and medicine etc, said the order.
