AGARTALA, March 18 (TIWN): Former CPI-M MP, Minister Jitendra Choudhury said, “If 10323 teachers recruitment are scams, then all the recruitment under the same recruitment law should be illegal.

He said, from 80’s era, a same recruitment law was going on and 10323 teachers are also under same law. Then why these 10323 teachers will suffer only ?

It can be mentioned here that in same year, under same way recruitment, the Science teachers are still working.

Jitendra Choudhury further raised question, why Mod Govt recently announced relaxation on economy base ? How it would be if Supreme Court takes a suo-moto case against 10323 teachers ?

10323 teachers have continued agitation demanding livelihood as just 13 days ahead of their termination, the BJP Govt could not find out any solution for them yet. Indeed, BJP Govt’s role remained just opposite of their pre-election roles. Although BJP before the election begged 10323 teachers support and did lots of drama in support of the teachers, taking 360 degree turn, Education Minister Ratanlal Nath said that with 10323 teachers issue, Tripura BJP-IPFT Govt has no link. He further threatened CPI-M leaders, previous Education Dept officers to take legal action for 10323 teachers recruitment irregularity.
