AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, March 10 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Tuesday has met 28 years old Advocate Lt Bhaskar Debroy’s mother and relatives, who was murdered by high negligence in GB hospital added by police’s strange role in the whole episode who didn’t inform the family members of Bhaskar Debroy, neither received any phone call in Bhaskar's mobile phone after he was sent in GB hospital for treatment on 7th March night 12 O'Clock allegedly he met an accident. Allegation of “no treatment” in GB hospital raised by other patient parties who saw him before death and Bhaskar’s phone was given to Police but Police didn’t inform his family members (amid Bhaskar’s identity card was with him) and also didn’t pick up any call where his friends reportedly called many times. CM said, within 3 days that report will come and if negligence is found then nobody will be spared.Opposition parties have demanded a Judicial investigation in Bhaskar Debroy’s “Murder by Negligence” case.

After meeting the family members, Chief Minister Biplab Deb told media that already a report came to him, but he is not satisfied with that report and thus ordered Magisterial investigation and till that investigation report comes, he can’t comment anything. Surprisingly, no Doctor was suspended or arrested, no action was taken against police. Bhaskar Debroy’s family members continued to allege, how in negligence their son died and how with pains Bhaskar had to close his eyes forever.

Bhaskar Debroy’s mother only had one line in her utterance that her son died with tremendous physical pains..........!

Nevertheless, if family members were informed then at least they could shift him in a private hospital. Shockingly, Bhaskar’s dresses were not changed in the hospital and from trauma centre, he was sent to medicine ward and he died there. No CT scan, no test was done reportedly and as a result Bhaskar died “without treatment”.

After this incident also, no Doctor came under action, neither any action was taken against the police.

Question is, when Magisterial investigation yet failed to give justice to West Agartala Police Station custodial murder case victim Sushanta Ghosh’s family, then January 8, 2019’s Madhav Bari violence, how this time Magisterial investigation can provide justice to Bhaskar Advocate Bhaskar Debroy’s family ?
