AGARTALA, Feb 25 (TIWN): In Sushanta Ghosh murder case at West Agartala Police station, Tripura High Court has reportedly summoned I/O of the case after the victim family filed petition in the High Court losing faith on the Magisterial investigation where the main accused police officials weren’t suspended during the investigation.

The I/O stated that Sushanta committed suicide whereas Court expressed extreme resentment over the issue and police's negligence. Court has also ordered for the CCTV footage's presentation.

Today also, the officer will remain present during the hearing.

It can be reminded to the readers that Public have sought capital punishment of the police officials if proven a “murder case” who were involved in killing an innocent person named Sushanta Ghosh on January 11 night against whom, police failed to prove anything but now his murder has become evident after police said that the CCTV camera was off on that night when Sushanta died.

In the police lockup hang to suicide is indigestive story, accepted by none.

Moreover Sushanta’s reputation is so good that not a single person alleged anything against Sushanta. Moreover, after hearing was completed Sushanta on 11th January was not brought in police station till night 1 am before he died.

Govt however has not taken any action against West Agartala Police.

Sushanta Ghosh was allegedly murdered in West Agartala Police station on January 11 night who was arrested in connection of ATM hacking but there is no evidence that ATM was hacked by him. Family members alleged, the ATM looted moneys were grabbed by police and planwise Sushanta was murdered.

Police yet failed to prove Sushanta Ghosh’s connection with any ATM hacking.
