AGARTALA, Feb 21 (TIWN): When two times meals are hard to be managed by poor and middle class families now, fruits and coconut water like items have become unnecessary commodities, affecting the local fruit sellers in Agartala massively.
“I don’t know what lies ahead in the future. I feel isolated and depressed”, said a fruit seller.
A fruit seller in Battala told TIWN, “Forget normal days, even during festivals also our shops are at losses. Clueless, why it is happening but people don’t have enough expend that is for sure”.
The overall economic slowdown shows up into the perils of mental turmoil in ways it is associated with people's lives — be it about jobs, affordability or other financial matters such as debts. Unemployment becomes one of the primary “symptoms” that lead to mood-based issues such as depression.
