Agartala, November 9 (TIWN): Individualism is now become a tradition, said Agricultural Minister Aghore Debbarma while delivering speech in the 2nd day of the 46th Annual conference (11th Bi-ennial Conference) of State Engineers’ Association.
Aghore further added that a tendency to focus on individualism becomes prominent these days. People only think of themselves, not for society. The intimate relationship between the people is demolishing now a day’s. If this situation continues, the State as well as the world will face severe troubles in the upcoming days. Therefore people despite giving stress on individualism must maintain people to people relationship.
It is to be mentioned here that, the conference began on Saturday morning with a seminar session on the subject of Green concept for construction and energy efficient building. PWD and Tourism Minister Ratan Bhowmik as a guest of Honour and Power and Transport Minister Manik Dey as a Chief Guest remained present during the first session.
However, Health and Family Welfare Minister Badal Chowdhury has been scheduled to preside over the formal inauguration of the programme by lighting the lamp. The State Engineers Association, Tripura was initially formed as the “Tripura Graduate Engineers Association”. And from the year 1963 in view of acute unemployment problem of engineers, Tripura PWD started recruiting Graduate engineers in the post of overseers allowing seven advance increments.
Other than that," Power Minister Manik Dey while addressing in the 46th AnnualGeneral Conference (11th Bi-ennial) said "Before constructing any building the site must be checked carefully ensuring the future of the building.”
