Amid Lawlessness situation in Tripura, CM announced to hand-over 5 TSR battalions to Central Govt

AGARTALA, Jan 9 (TIWN): In another shocking decision announcement, Chief Minister Biplab Deb has said on Thursday that Tripura Govt will give 5 TSR battalions to central govt.
CM was addressing on Police Week celebration in Agartala when he said so.
He said, one battalion already agreed to be taken and Tripura Govt is thinking to handover more 4 battalions.
He further lectured that working at Delhi is a matter of fortune. Tripura Police must utilize it.
Tripura’s law and order has totally collapsed in last 21 months. Ruling part led increase of criminalize in society left even opposition MLAs injured on broad day light. ADC areas are under highest tensions.
