Court order also confirmed that medical report did not say that Badal Chowdhury was completely recovered.

Thus, although calling a press conference, BJP Minister Ratanlal Nath announced that CPI-M former Minister Badal Chowdhury was doing drama of illness and even Chief Minister Biplab Deb claimed the same in public programmes, but court’s judgement today has sealed critical condition of Badal Chowdhury which he undergone in last few weeks from ILS to GB hospital.

It has also proven, how police treated Badal Chowdhury inhumanly after taking out him from the ILS hospital.
