AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Nov 6 (TIWN): Congress will take up the matter of 15,000% property rise of Amit Shah’s son in the Parliament during the Winter session.

The matter was raised after Jay Shah’s firm, Kusum Finserv did not file the statement of accounts for 2017 and 2018.

If a common person would have failed to file the income statements then it will be dealt as a serious offence and a penalty of upto Rs 5 lakh could be imposed.

The controversy erupted after a report in the Caravan magazine which claimed that the filings uploaded on the ministry of corporate affairs website show that the income of Jay’s company Kusum Finserve LLP had risen to Rs 119.61 crore in 2019 from Rs 79.60 lakh in 2014.
