AGARTALA, OCT 15 ( TIWN ) : Yesterday's drama of lodging FIR, raiding in CPI- M party office without search warrant was completely planned by BJP and police of this state became the bootlickers of them.

The whole case that is been filed against former PWD Minister Badal Chowdhury was false, claimed the advocates of Badal Chowdhury. It was all planned by the ruling government. Tripura's dark era of ' Tughlaq Raj' running State Police machinery with sole aim to file even FALSE cases against opposition party leaders. The aim is to harassing them and making a fake image infront of public.

Calling it a complete influential case, where even the SP, west was involving illegally as the SP, DM, SDM has no functions in this type of cases but only to influence it, the advocates of Badal Chowdhury said, " The issue is of 2008 which was outcome of a cabinet decision, approved by public accounts Committee later. So there is no ground of the case, but we will see the issue later and till now we are working for the bail as FIR was lodged, but this is totally politically motivated case. "

Even the BJP MLA Sudip Roy Barman also told media on yesterday when the hearing was going on at west district court, that in the chargesheet there was no name of Badal Chowdhury submitted by police linking the scam but how his name came or how Police searching for him, is a matter of doubt.

And throughout the day, lots of dramas the state has witnessed and reportedly Police without court's order was running from South Tripura to Agartala to Airport im search of former Minister Badal Chowdhury. They left no way of adding extra entertainment in their own made drama.

But the most shocking part was when the police entered in the CPI-M party office without any legal papers or any search warrant. They may have forgotten that there still is a term called 'law' as they are so busy in following the instructions of ruling government .

And lastly, they ended up the drama session by not accepting the bail-bond submitted by the Advocates of Badal Chowdhury. Another violation of Court's order. They made them seat in the PS for few long hours and given the excuse that, as there was no I/O , they can not accept the bail-bond. Now the question is, where was I/O at that time? Why was he missing for so long? They must be forgotten the fact that public got some brains too in their head, and they easily cam judge all those dramas planned by bootlicking police.
After that when Badal Chowdhury wanted to file a GD entry, they didn't even allow to do it. After submitting the application, they were suppose to give a receive copy to him which also they didn't. Now what should we consume from this kind of behaviour of Tripura police?
The administration may have forgotten that this is not a tyrannical state, this is a Democratic state under a Democratic country where this kind of violation of the highest authority of Justice i.e hon'ble Court is nothing but a act of crime.

The whole state is criticising this act of government and their bootlicker police. Tripura BJP government already lost it's mass support, 18 month of 'Tughlaqi Raj' turned higly unpopular.
