TELIAMURA (Tripura), Oct 7 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Monday has visited Teliamura with wife Niti Deb to celebrate the ongoing Durga puja’s Maha-Navami “tithi” at a BJP kariyakarta’s house.

CM said, the puja was organized in that kariyakarta’s home after Goddess fulfilled the house owner’s desire to bring BJP in power.

The BJP kariyakarta has been identified as Jayanto Saha. At Jayanta Saha's residence in Teliamura today CM with wife visited.

Appreciating the kariyakarta’s love for the party, Deb tweeted, “Jayanto Saha vowed to set up Devi Durga's Idol incase of the change of CPIM Govt, this year he has established the Idol for Puja, to keep his promise.Our Gov't has-been established based on such dedicated Karyakartas. Their dedication even motivates us to work hard to Transform Tripura. Our Government is working tirelessly to develop our State and to establish as Model State. We are working specialy on the tourism sector to generate livelihood opportunities & revenue for State.With the blessing of Maa Durga and our dedicated work Tripura will be Transformed as Shreshta Tripura soon”.
