AGARTALA, Sep 27 (TIWN): Tripura BJP leadership’s weakness in dealing ‘Bahubali’ MLA Ram Prasad Pal's criminal activities causing heavy damage to 18 months old Tripura BJP Govt. Mafia Operators BJP MLA Ramprasad Pal, his brother Fensedyl Smuggler Mona Pal continued defaming BJP Govt with their criminal activities. Amid Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s repeated warning, BJP’s criminal elements continues to defame the Govt and the Party by attacking on common men, even own party workers, misusing power. Brutal gangrape case of housewife by 10 rapists in Ushabazar and subsequent threat to Police officials is another feather added into 'Bahubali' MLA's criminal empire.

Not even few weeks could pass that BJP MLA Ram Prasad Pal hit controversy after he forced a man to sit up by catching ears and his workers beaten him in his office, that the MLA has created another serious controversy in June this year and FIR has been lodged against Ram Prasad Pal for assaulting a housewife and beaten her husband. 

The victim family is also BJP supporting family and members of the party.

The case no in Amtali PS : 2019 AMT 069, U/S-326/ 307/ 354 (B)/ 506/ 34 A IPC filed by Shankari Nama. According to the complainer, on 23rd May (Election result out day) Ramprasad Pal beaten her husband Ajit Nama’s with his mafia-circle at Siddhi Asram market. 

Ram Prasad Pal's goons attacked Ajit Nama with sharp knife. When he was beaten in an open market, public rushed to the spot and his wife attempted to save him but the miscreants assaulted her and then beaten her.

However, even after the FIR no action has been taken by Amtali police although strong charges have been imposed against the MLA and the attack took place in an open market.  This is not the first allegation against Pal, but it can be noted here that a viral video in the post election result season generated massive resentment in state, where BJP activist allegedly under an MLA, forced a man to sit up holding ears, later in front of the MLA he was forced to sit up by holding ears.  

BJP Govt has undergone serious situation after the election result out as its own party workers led by some criminal leaders continued to fire up clashes.  Mohila Morcha activists at Agartala were attacked on May 24,2019 night. The whole attack was held under BJP MLA ram Prasad Pal and Mohila Morcha leaders. 

The attacked activists said, “In CPI-M era were were not so much insulted but today being BJP supporters we are undergoing such situations”. One person was hospitalized in MLA Ram Prasad Pal led attack.  

In this situation, such criminal and controversial figure have become enough to pour water on all hardworks done by the Govt of Tripura.  Question raises, if BJP is the party of ‘Sabka sath, Sabka Biswas’ why party has not taken any action against Ram Prasad Pal , when he is involved in attacking own party people ?

Unless State BJP leadership takes a firm stand with MLA Ram Prasad Pal, this 'Bahubali' MLA's criminal activities only damaging image of BJP Govt continuously.
