'I will soon start 'JANTA DARBAR' in every districts, to reach out more people and solve their grievances' : CM

Agartala, Sep 14 (TIWN): While inaugurating the newly built District Court building of West Tripura Judicial District at Agartala Chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb announced to soon start ‘Janta Darbar’ in every districts. He said nowadays he doesn’t sit for 'Janta Darbar' but he asked people to believe in him that he is constantly working for the state and its people. He said he does not want to bring harm on anybody but wants to work together with everyone as a team.

He said Judiciary is the most important pillar in constitution. Indian is a democratic country , hence  judiciary plays a vital role in it. There is quality in our advocates. He said he wishes advocates and judges from Tripura must be called from Kolkata or Mumbai but should not be the case of vice versa. That's how we have to build ourselves. He emphasized not to indulge in conspiracy. 
Model state is possible with model judicial system. We have to present well in the state. He asked them to help in  reducing crime against women and not to set the convicts without proper justice. CM requested to the advocates and judges to adopt fair and transparent policy. 
“Tripura has less population but more natural resources. Nobody can stop its development. We are determined to turn Tripura into ‘Astalakshmi’ ", said Shri Deb. He also announced that there will 15 seater small aircrafts for North-East to connect all 8 states Agartala - Shillong- Aizawl- Imphal - Dimapur - Sikkim to develop tourism. He encouraged women to come forward in judicial system as they have helping tendency. Today Shri Deb felt privileged while handing over the books to the girls from the orphanage on this day. 
He also said that while going through social media, he found a comment complaining about being charged more for durga puja donation. Shri deb requested every club not to force anybody for high amount as Durga Puja donation is something which people should give willingly based on their capacity.The meaning is clear, donation must be given and taken happily it should not be forceful. As it comes once in a year, it should be celebrated with complete happiness. 
Moving ahead on the development of the state, he said there are various things we have to take initiative in making Tripura as a model state in coming future and for the most important thing is the infrastructure. Even if there is no proper infrastructure yet, but result-oriented mentality is the real infrastructure. Then it will be worthwhile. We have to practice in action, not only by comparing with other places. 

Shri Deb also said that since PM Shri Narendra Modi ji doesn't want to celebrate his birthday with pomp and show, that is why "Seva Saptah" campaign will be practised all over the country including Tripura by doing social activities like donating blood, planting trees, helping old and handicapped people etc.

Apart from the Chief Minister, President of Tripura Bar Association Sri Sujit Kumar Banneker, Advocate General Sri A. K. Bhowmik, Honorable Mr. Justice S. Talapatra, Judge High Court of Tripura, Honorable Justice Mr. Sanjay Karol, Chief Justice High Court Tripura, Civil Judge(Sr.Division)-cum-Asstt, Sessions Judge, West Tripura Judicial District, Agartala were present for the program.
